ABOUT HELP YOU COPE
Help You Cope is a non for profit charity dedicated to supporting autism caregivers and their families. Based in Western Sydney, we offer well-being workshops, support groups and educational programs to improve the mental health and well-being of caregivers.
Our mission is to provide the support and resources carers need to ensure they are able to best support their loved ones, as we understand the complex nature and challenges carers face.
